Go from dropshipping to established brand

Silhouette was already profitable but running on a generic dropshipping identity. They needed a real brand—one that could compete with industry giants and unlock the next level of growth through design.

The shapewear market was exploding, and Silhouette was well-positioned to capture market share. But capturing it at scale required a brand identity that could stand alongside names like SKIMS and Spanx—not just another no-name store.

Inclusive by Design

We built inclusivity into every layer of the brand. Sizing options span the full range, and skin-tone matching ensures every customer sees themselves represented. The positioning balances sexy with comfortable—empowering rather than objectifying.

Methodical Visual System

The color palette was chosen methodically, not arbitrarily. We conducted an in-house photoshoot with diverse models to ensure the imagery reflected the brand's inclusive values. Every visual element—from product cards to promotional banners—was designed to put the customer at the heart of the experience.

Visual-First, Guided Navigation

The site was built with a visual-first approach: large, beautiful imagery that showcases the product's promise before a single word of copy is read. Navigation is simple and guided, reducing decision fatigue and making it easy for any visitor to find their perfect fit.
