Nativ Cosmetic had an existing e-shop delivering decent results, but needed a modernized look and feel to coincide with a new product formula launch. The challenge: refresh the brand without alienating existing customers.

Evolution, Not Revolution

When a brand is already generating revenue, you don't burn it down and start over. We approached Nativ's redesign as an evolution—modernizing the visual identity while keeping the elements that existing customers recognized and trusted. The new branding was an extension, not a replacement.

Product-Atmosphere-Color Connection

We created a unified visual system that connected each product to its own color and atmosphere. This wasn't just aesthetic—it improved product readability on the shelf and on screen, making it easier for customers to navigate the range and find what they needed.

Color-Coded Starter Packs

To increase items per cart, we designed color-coded starter packs that made it intuitive for new customers to buy multiple products at once. The packaging design made each set feel like a curated collection rather than a bundle deal.

Automated Repeat Purchases

Beyond the visual redesign, we implemented automated email sequences designed to drive repeat purchases. Each sequence was timed to the average product lifecycle, reminding customers to restock at just the right moment.
